Shipping Policy

If your purchase is not all that you hoped or you’ve received a faulty item, please send an email to online@danafoleynyc.com with your order number in the subject line.

At this time we only offer credit for our online store within 7 days of receiving your item. We must have received your item before issuing the credit. There are no exceptions with this policy. 

 

Certain pieces may take up to two weeks before your order ships depending on availability. Orders are eligible for cancellation only if items takes longer than the two weeks to ship. 

 

Preferred shipping method is in effect once item is dropped off at post office.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order. A full refund will be issued if this is the case.
