Shipping

Please allow 3 business days for order processing and dispatch.


We ship domestically and internationally. All shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout. Please select the shipping option that best suits you during check-out. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking.

In-store pick up is available for free as an option at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Returns

Dana Foley original pieces can be returned for store credit only. We cannot accommodate refunds.

Please note, once an item is returned for store credit, the following item purchased on store credit cannot be returned.

To return an item, all of the conditions must be met:

*The return must be requested within 7 calendar days from the delivery date

*The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

*The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in original condition


All vintage and sale items are final sale.

Store credit is valid for one year. Customers are responsible for the cost and coordination of return shipments.


To request a return, please email us at online@danafoleynyc.com with your order number in the subject line. Store credit will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the return.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy.
